In his remarks read by the Director of OHS Institutional Development, Hery Susanto said this mutual understanding is a very important start to improve the quality and competence of OHS personnel in the future and can contribute to improving the quality of HR in the field of OHS.

“Seeing the needs in the community, other parties such as universities, training institutions that already have a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Manpower, can carry out OHS personnel development with the aim of further increasing the application of OHS in Indonesia,” said Hery Susanto.

The Director of OHS Institutional Development of the Ministry of Manpower stated that as mandated by Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning work safety, his party had compiled, updated norms, standards, criteria, and procedures, as well as carried out guidance and supervision on the implementation of OHS legislation.

“This collaboration also realizes OHS as the culture of the Indonesian nation,” said Eko Julianto.

PPNS is a campus that is able to become a certified General OHS training and certification provider from the Ministry of Manpower.
